Spooniepreneur began with a simple belief:
Entrepreneurs with chronic illness deserve a path to success that honors their bodies.
Not someday.
Not after they’re “better.”
Now. Slowly. At their own pace.
Spoonieprenuer wasn’t created from theory. I created it from actual lived experiences. The many long days of fatigue, the flare sessions/seasons, the slow wins, and the hard learnings. Chronic illness changed everything. It changed how I worked, how I rested, how I dreamed, and much more. After years of suffering, I eventually found out that success is actually possible with a chronic illness. It must be done in a way that honors your body instead of fighting against it.
From this truth, my writing career grew. I’ve written and published books that have helped others accept their chronic illness. It’s also enabled them to reclaim emotional pace, build their confidence, and teach them the gentle art of self-support. My work covers chronic illness, inner healing, empowerment, and resilience. These are all qualities that spoonie entrepreneurs rely on as they build their dreams one spoon at a time.
A compassionate 10-week guide to overcoming chronic illness obstacles and moving toward your goals at a realistic, sustainable pace.
Tools for nurturing emotional well-being and honoring your needs, limits, and desires.
They are bridges — between frustration and resilience, limitation and possibility, survival and self-trust.
They help readers navigate self-doubt, guilt, grief, pacing, and the emotional load that comes with chronic illness. And they make up the emotional backbone of Spooniepreneur.
I wrote these books because I know what it feels like to live in a body that doesn’t always cooperate. I know the guilt of needing rest, the discouragement of slow progress, and the fear that your health might cost you your dreams.
I wanted people to have a voice that understood them, supported them, and affirmed their worth — even on the days when their energy is low, and their symptoms are loud.
Spooniepreneur is an extension of that belief. It blends emotional wisdom from my books with gentle, realistic business guidance created specifically for entrepreneurs whose energy is precious and unpredictable.
It’s a space where your body, your mind, and your goals can finally work together rather than compete.
We teach you how to protect those spoons, plan with them, and build a business that doesn’t drain them all away.
No matter what type of business you want to create, we can help you establish it and grow sustainably.
We combine:
Because sustainability matters more than speed.
Spooniepreneur exists to empower entrepreneurs with chronic illnesses to build sustainable, meaningful businesses at their own pace. We believe that success is not defined by hustle, speed, or endless productivity — it’s defined by alignment, accessibility, and honoring the body you live in.
